Schaeffler Arcanol CLEAN-M is a special grease for clean room applications in semiconductor manufacture and the production of flat screens. It is suitable for use in linear axes and rolling bearings. It has very low particle emissions and is therefore suitable for machinery in clean rooms and rooms with moderate vacuum conditions.
